Company Overview:
Arvato is a modern logistics center with multiple departments, including Sony (electronics), Rituals (cosmetics), Healthcare (medications), and more.
Dress Code:
All employees are required to wear plain jeans without holes or decorations. The color is flexible.
Job Responsibilities:
• Picking orders using a scanner
• Labeling and preparing items for shipment
• Packing products
• Assisting on the production line
• Placing products on the line
• Performing basic cleaning tasks
Important Notes:
• We cannot guarantee that couples or friends will be assigned to the same shift or department
• Healthcare department requires attendance at two training sessions and passing a final test
• Wearing appropriate jeans (without holes or embellishments) is mandatory
What We Offer:
• Full-time work – guaranteed 128 hours per 4 weeks
• Employment contract
• Hourly wage: €14.40 gross/hour (€15.55 if you choose to receive your holiday allowance upfront)
• Additional shift allowances
• Option to use the ET regulation
• Support with obtaining a BSN number
• Travel reimbursement – €0.21/km if using your own transport
• Accommodation provided – available in both the Netherlands and Germany (you may live in Germany and work in the Netherlands)
Requirements:
• Good command of English – B1 level minimum
• Ability to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (no criminal record)
