Your work may include picking orders, packing goods, preparing shipments and processing warehouse data. Departments handle electronics, medical supplies, horse-riding accessories and industrial products.
You will work 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for a long-term contract. Department placement depends on current demand.
Pay and benefits
- Base salary: €14.99 gross per hour for workers aged 18 and above.
- 8.33% holiday allowance, accrued in addition to your salary. You can request payment alongside your wages or choose an annual payment.
- 10% shift allowance for hours worked between 19:00 and 21:00.
- 25% shift allowance for hours worked between 21:00 and midnight.
- Allowances of up to 100% for qualifying hours or days, subject to the applicable conditions.
- Travel reimbursement of up to €14.56 per working day, depending on the transport arrangement and applicable conditions.
- Pension build-up.
- The opportunity for a long-term contract.
Salaries are paid weekly on Thursdays. Your first payment is made in the second week of work.
The advertised hourly wage and allowances are gross amounts, before tax and deductions. Your take-home pay depends on your hours, applicable allowances and individual deductions.
Your responsibilities
Depending on your department, you may:
- Pick orders using a handheld scanner.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment.
- Enter and process data in the warehouse ERP system.
- Load and unload containers.
- Handle and organise products within the warehouse.
Some assignments involve heavy physical work, particularly container unloading and handling industrial products. Standard schedules usually run Monday to Friday, with early shifts starting at 06:00. Your exact working hours depend on the department. Saturday work may also be available. Applicants must be available for 40 hours per week and willing to work a two-shift rotation.
Requirements for CEVA warehouse jobs in Venray
To apply, you need:
- To be at least 18 years old.
- Communicative English.
- The ability to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
- Availability for 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to work shifts and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Willingness to commute by bicycle when this is the transport provided.
- Willingness to live in Germany if that is the available agency accommodation.
An English language test must be passed before placement in the electronics department.
Accommodation and arrival
Agency-arranged accommodation is available at a cost of up to €145 per week, deducted from your salary.
Accommodation may be located in the Netherlands or Germany, depending on availability. Applicants using agency accommodation must agree to live in Germany if assigned there.
You arrange and pay for your own travel to the Netherlands. Travel costs to the country are not covered.
You can arrive at accommodation on Sundays between 10:00 and 17:00. The facility department provides your accommodation address after 15:00 on the Thursday before arrival.
Bring your own:
- Bedding, bed sheets and pillows.
- Duvet or sleeping bag.
- Towels.
- Basic kitchen utensils.
Transport to work
If you live in agency accommodation and do not have your own transport, an employee bus, company car or bicycle may be provided.
Employee buses
Transport by employee bus is free.
Company cars
Drivers pay a €150 deposit, deducted from their salary in three instalments of €50. The deposit is refunded when the car is returned.
A driver allowance of €4.50 gross per day applies.
Bicycles
A €150 deposit applies, payable in three instalments.
Standard bicycles are provided for commuting distances up to 10 km, and electric bicycles for distances up to 18 km. Employees must agree to commute by bicycle when assigned this transport.
Your own car
Mileage reimbursement ranges from €0.15 to €0.30 per kilometre. The rate and mileage limit depend on the applicable client conditions.

Registration and health insurance
If you do not already have a Dutch BSN number, the employment agency can arrange an appointment for you to obtain one.
Agency-arranged health insurance costs approximately €40 per week, deducted from your salary. If you arrange your own insurance, you must provide confirmation to the employment agency.
