Are you the Foreman Roofer for the flat roofs that we are looking for?
This is what you will do:
As a flat roof roofer foreman, you are responsible for leading and organizing roofing teams on various projects. Your tasks include managing the team, planning and coordinating work, carrying out quality checks and ensuring a safe working environment. In addition, you actively participate in the installation and repair of flat roofs and act as a point of contact for customers and colleagues.
What we ask:
- Demonstrable experience as a flat roof roofer, preferably with some experience in a managerial role
- Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
- Leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and coordinate work efficiently
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Being in possession of a driving license B (E) is a plus
- Have your own car
