Function description:

  • As an ironworker in hull shipbuilding, your primary responsibility is to assemble and fit metal parts for the ship’s structure. This includes cutting, shaping, and welding steel plates and profiles according to technical drawings.
  • You ensure the correct positioning of sections and reinforcements of the ship’s hull. Collaboration with welders and other shipbuilding specialists is key to ensuring the hull is structurally sound and ready for further construction.
  • Precision and safety are essential in this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with the shipyard.
  • B category drivers license

Salary: 40 hours/A1 p. hour €600 net for 40 hours
