Job Description
Ibemploy is looking for experienced Mini Digger Operators to join our client’s cable-laying and civil construction team in the Netherlands.
Your main task will be digging and refilling trenches for cable network installations. You will also assist with sidewalk restoration, daily maintenance of the mini excavator, and general site support to ensure smooth progress of all construction activities.

Responsibilities

Operate mini excavators for trenching and cable laying work

Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Assist in closing trenches and replacing/cleaning sidewalk tiles

Support other construction team tasks as needed

Follow safety and quality standards on site
Requirements

Proven experience as a mini excavator operator

Good English communication skills

Independent, structured, and team-oriented working attitude

Possession of driver’s license B (C/E preferred)

Own safety shoes, working clothes, and safety glasses
Salary & Conditions

€600 net/week (based on 40 hours after housing, insurance, and taxes)
