We are actively seeking versatile handymen to join a dynamic team on a modular housing solutions project in Germany. This role is perfect for multi-skilled individuals who excel in a variety of construction tasks and enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Location: Germany. The project is located in Germany, and accommodations are provided to ensure comfort and convenience for all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of construction tasks including system wall installations, cladding, and general finishing.
- Carry out painting, basic carpentry, and minor electrical repairs and installations.
- Maintain and repair building fixtures and equipment.
- Ensure all tasks are completed according to safety standards and building regulations.
- Assist with the assembly of prefabricated building components on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role with multiple skill sets in the construction industry.
- Competence in using tools and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team setting.
- Dedication to maintaining safety and quality standards at all times.
- Own car.
