Responsibilities of the candidate:
- We are looking for experienced surface preparation workers to join a reputable steel production company in the Netherlands.Your main task will be manually preparing steel structures and machine parts for powder coating, ensuring all surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for finishing. Work is carried out indoors at the company workshop and yard — no outdoor site work required.
- Manual cleaning, sanding, and preparation of metal surfaces
- Ensuring high-quality standards before powder coating
- Working independently and maintaining a clean workspace
- Collaborating with the coating and fabrication team
Expectations/requirements towards the candidate:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in metal surface preparation or a similar field
- Basic English communication skills
- Driver’s license B preferred (own car is an advantage, not a must)
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented attitude
